The Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 sets rules for how organisations in India handle personal data.
We treat privacy as a design concern in our shared packages, not only as a cookie banner.
Our design approach: record each consent decision in an append-only audit log, keep client-side telemetry opt-in, and avoid collecting IP addresses or device identifiers where they are not needed.
For personal data at rest we design for AES-256-GCM envelope encryption with key rotation.
